e-TRAM 2.0 is the electronic processing platform promoted by AOC, used by the majority of town halls, county councils, provincial councils and other public bodies in Catalonia.
This solution allows electronic processing with the administration 24 hours a day and all year round without citizens or companies having to travel to the entity's physical offices.
Currently, almost a thousand organizations have the solution on their web portals, where the following functionalities stand out:
- Everything can be done from mobile through responsive and accessible websites, with a high level of usability.
- The screens are simple (designed as “mobile first”) where processing is faster and the principle of data minimization has been applied.
- The new citizen folder ("My Space") is particularly noteworthy, very agile for viewing all your procedures, notifications...

So e-TRAM:
- It helps save time and money. The resolution time of procedures is reduced and you can send your requests 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
- It includes a wide catalog of procedures and functionalities.
- It is a secure service (since it uses different types of authentication such as idCAT, idCAT mobile, DNI-e, etc.).
- Every procedure has an entry record in the organization where you are processing it, with its registration number, date and time and details of the documentation provided.
- You can check the status of your procedure at any time (through “My Space”).
