If you have questions about a procedure or management with the administration, contact the organization that offers it.
You can find the link to the procedures in different sections, depending on how the entity has configured it. For example:
a) By going to the organization's electronic headquarters and going to the specific "procedures" section.

Although sometimes organizations have a specific section, more visible directly on their own website, which leads directly to the procedures:

b) From its transparency portal. Specifically in the “Catalog of services and procedures” family.

It may also be the case that the public entity does not use the typical e-TRAM catalog (as is the case above in the Castellbisbal example); in these cases you can find your own models such as:

From the catalog, the procedure will go directly to the authentication page (prior to the procedure). See “ How do I identify myself to complete a procedure?” if you need help identifying yourself.
